We truly enjoyed breakfast and rooms, everything was ready for our trip. A cool bonus was nearby Karafirin, that offered tea and coffee. It takes 5 mins to get to a bus station.

I liked the location of the hotel,in a quiet area close to Boshorus, and Dolmabahce Palace. The breakfast was very rich, Rooms are OK and clean, Staff was OK, however they might improve their English language skills, specially those working at reception.
The inside of the bathroom was visible from the room due to the existing window which might create an ackward sensation..

I was very disappointed no breakfat included no free internet,i was offered a promotion for extra money following my decline I was given a very small room for 2 with a small queen bed,
The next day sheets were not even changed only bed made up and room cleaned .very poor for the price!!!! I felt I was punished for not awailing the promotion

Rooms need renovation, absolutely! Old fornitures, old and dirty moquette. Ac not working. The room was at 28 degrees. Smell from the toilette.

Dear Sirs, Our accomodation in Hilton Parksa was great the hotel stuff are so friendly especially in the matter of a baby sitting our daughter , the rooms were clean and well equiped. The breakfast was delicious with various options and the view of Bosphorous was perfect.
